Avondale Park

Avondale Park is a medium sized estate. When you enter the estate, the first thing you will notice is that it is in the shape of a circle. It is in a great place because it's beside a shop, a chemist and a dry cleaner. There is a large green area in the middle of the estate.

Killarney Park

Silverpines is an estate off the Herbert Road. Access to Silverpines is from Killarney Lane. It was called after the Silver Pine tree. Before this estate was built the land it was built on was a green field bordering Killarney Lane and the Herbert Road. In the middle of the estate there is green patch. There is a bus stop across the road, a chemist, a cleaners and a newsagents are all very nearby.

Péine Airgid is Silverpines in Irish. It's a cul-de-sac estate. All the houses are semi-detached houses. There are 44 houses in Silverpines. Most driveways have enough space for 2 cars. Most of the houses were originally 3 bed roomed, but a lot of the owners of houses in Silverpines have converted their attic space to create an extra bedroom or study. Silver Pines is one of many housing estates built in Bray in the 80's.
